Jennifer Webb
Sales Representative, Your Oxford County Real Estate Expert (and All-Around Friendly Guide)
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve learned a thing or two—like how to spot a great home, how to guide clients through conditional offers with confidence, and how to explain real estate terms in plain English (yes, including what a “deposit cheque” actually means).
My goal is simple: to make sure you feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of your real estate journey—whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading for a growing family, or planning your next chapter. I specialize in working with first-time buyers, families, and seniors, and I hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, which allows me to offer thoughtful guidance for downsizing and life transitions.
I’m professional, but never stuffy—think coffee-table conversations, not boardroom meetings. I believe real estate should feel approachable, educational, and even enjoyable. I’m passionate about building strong connections throughout Oxford County by sharing practical advice, staying on top of market trends, and making sure showings and conversations feel comfortable and meaningful.
You’ll often find me on Instagram and Facebook, sharing helpful tips, market updates, and the occasional bit of real-life humour that comes with buying and selling homes. Whether you’re searching for the right place to call home or preparing to list, I’m here to make the process smooth, clear, and as stress-free as possible.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband of over 30 years, staying active with Pilates and barre classes, and getting creative in my craft room quilting, painting, or crocheting. I also play guitar with a group of young-hearted musicians who believe laughter is just as important as the music.
Whether you’re ready to make a move, navigating a conditional sale, or simply looking for honest advice, I’m here with a plan, experience you can trust, and a steady hand to guide you forward.

Sales Representative, Your Oxford County Tour Guide
I grew up on a tobacco farm in Norfolk County, where hard work was non-negotiable and neighbours actually knew each other. In my late teens, I moved to Otterville to work alongside my parents in our family restaurant, which taught me a lot about people, patience, and why clear communication matters (especially during busy hours). Those early lessons still guide how I work with clients today.
With almost 20 years in the real estate industry, including time spent in administrative roles, I understand the process from every angle. My goal is to make buying or selling feel clear, manageable, and never overwhelming. I focus on strong relationships, honest advice, and making sure you understand what’s happening, and why, without the pressure or jargon.
I proudly serve Oxford and Norfolk Counties ... This isn’t just where I work, it’s home. Local knowledge, community connections, and understanding how people actually live here make a real difference when it comes to guiding clients through big decisions. I enjoy volunteering my time throughout my community.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my husband Bret and our two boys, Noah and Ethan. I love summers at Lake Erie, trailer life, and being out on the boat whenever possible. I’ve also discovered a surprising love for sledding and curling, though my knees are currently reviewing that decision.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or just trying to figure out what your next move should be, I’m here to guide you with experience, honesty, and a sense of humour along the way.
