With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I've learned a thing or two (like how to spot a dream home and how to guide you through conditional offers without breaking a sweat). My mission? To make sure you have all the information you need to make the right decisions—whether you're buying, selling, or just wondering what the heck "deposit cheque" means. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, growing families, and seniors achieve their real estate goals. I've also earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, so if you're downsizing or planning a big move, I'm your go-to expert.

I'm professional but far from stuffy (think cozy coffee chat, not formal boardroom meeting). My goal is to build strong connections in Oxford County by sharing practical advice, staying on top of market trends, and ensuring property showings feel more like an adventure than an errand. You'll often find me on Instagram or Facebook, sharing helpful tips, market updates, and maybe even a little humour about the highs and lows of house hunting. Whether you're looking for your dream home or ready to list your property, I'm here to make the process smooth, stress-free, and maybe even a little fun.

When I'm not helping clients, I'm spending time with my husband of over 30 years. We've raised two kids who are now off living their best lives, leaving our 11-year-old golden retriever to enjoy the limelight as our "baby." We love exploring the outdoors—quadding in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter, and trying not to lose each other in the woods. On quieter days, you'll find me in my craft room quilting, painting (with varying success), or crocheting projects that sometimes resemble scarves. I also play guitar with a group of "young-hearted" musicians who laugh more than they perform.

I grew up on a tobacco farm in Norfolk County and moved to Otterville in my late teens to work alongside my parents in the family restaurant. I belong to various associations in Norwich Township and I love being involved in my community. I have worked in the real estate industry for the last 10 years, part of that administratively.
